Difference between assembled buildings and mobile homes (1)

Categories:

Over a long period of time, assembled buildings and mobile home appliances, as emerging construction models, have many similarities, but are two different concepts.

What is an assembled building?

An assembled building is a building that is assembled on site using prefabricated components from a factory. The advantages of this type of building are that it is faster to build, less constrained by weather conditions, saves labor and improves the quality of the building. Assembled buildings began to attract interest in the early 1900s and were finally realized in the 1960s.

Assembly building has the following characteristics:

1, building components such as: exterior wall panels, interior wall panels, laminated panels, balconies, air-conditioning panels, staircases, prefabricated beams, prefabricated columns, etc., all of which are produced and processed in the workshop.

2. The site is mainly assembly work, which is greatly reduced than the original cast-in-place work.

3、Adopting integrated design and construction of building and decoration, the decoration can be carried out synchronously with the main construction.

4, the standardization of design and management of information technology, the more standard components, the higher the production efficiency, the corresponding cost of components will be reduced, the cost-effectiveness of the whole assembly building will be more and more high.
